Emily began her communications career in Washington, D.C., with an environmental nonprofit before bringing her talents back to Denver’s fast-growing market. Along the way, she built a powerhouse resume spanning both corporate and agency worlds, serving in roles as varied as director of field marketing for a national restaurant chain to strategic consulting for healthcare, education, tech and environmental affairs clients. Emily helps Rockford Gray clients significantly boost their market visibility, build deep trust with stakeholders, and shape the narratives driving regional innovation.

As a seasoned crisis communication, reputation management and thought leadership specialist, Emily has established herself as a trusted advisor to senior management. Whether she is conducting media messaging sessions, building a community relations bridge or executing grassroots marketing campaigns, Emily’s holistic approach ensures her clients build and maintain authentic relationships with their diverse audiences.

Emily earned her degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Conn., where she studied political science and sociology, before eventually making her home in the Denver metro area. When not focusing on client concerns, Emily enjoys hiking, cycling, skiing and spending time with her husband, two daughters and dog Roux.
